Wayne Fisher, PGP, fell head first down the stairs at his home early the morning of Thursday, Jan. 6. He managed to get himself into the kitchen and a chair and waited until his day care worker arrived. He is now in Presbyterian Hospital downtown in Albuquerque. He is very banged up and bruised with the only damage otherwise being a broken right shoulder. He is expected to be in the hospital for only a few days and then be transferred to Health South Rehab for quite a while to learn to use his walker all over again with one usable shoulder. Cards to his home will be picked up and delivered to him.

Just wanted to let you know that my father, William Garrett, PGP of NM from Las Cruces, has been moved into a long-term care facility here in the Houston area. He took a fall in his apartment in late September, and spent two months in the Methodist Hospital for treatment of a crushed vertebrae in his lower back. He lost a lot of weight and a lot of strength and cannot live alone anymore. I am changing his address to my address. {You may contact the Grand Secretary for the address}
